How many votes do we have so far in favor of filibuster?
Does anyone have the number.

Ive heard 35. This may be old news.

3. The real question is: How many will not vote FOR cloture...
they do not have to come out in favor of a filibuster. They can abstain, or take a long lunch.

The opposition HAS to have 60 to shut us down. They are the ones who have to get 60...and some Repubs might not want to be among the 60, like Chaffr, Collins and Snowe. There may be others too!
