All these scandals....

You know, I forget the psychological term, but it seemed so theoretical at the time, describing the volition that people take up against something when they see it in themselves. I thought it was amusing, at the time, and probably had some truth to it.

But, this is really something else. I'm beginning to think that just about anyone who exhibits serious homophobia, religious or otherwise, is probably gay.

And anyone who speaks down to "fornication" is probably hiring hookers weekly.

Even drug use...

I guess I'm saying that I believe that the one-way correlation between the two is probably very strong. The psychology behind it, and more generally behind neo-con, authoritarian, fearful thinking, has become so clear in these past few years. They're just transparent as hell, now.

it's common with politicians like John McCain and Dan Quayle who when asked about their own daughters they said they would support them if they decided to get an abortion while wanting to criminalize it for others.
