Poll question: Expectations: How do you define a Democratic victory ?
We've all seen the polls, we've heard the pundits. We've heard reports on dirty tricks and fear that the worst is yet to come.

Some of us are chilling the champagne while others are steeling themselves for yet another disappointment.

What results would allow you to go to bed tonight full of warm fuzzy feelings toward your fellow Americans and secure in the knowledge that our long national nightmare is finally drawing to a close?

Best wishes to everyone who's working on the campaigns today and let's all hope that we can go to bed tonight feeling that perhaps we can salvage what's left of our country.

4. I'll be satisfied with the House but a Cheney proof majority in the Senate would make me ecstatic.
I'll go to bed happy if we win the House.

I'll drink and dance all night if we win both houses and can overpower them in the Senate.

5. .
51 in the Senate and more than 225-230 in the House would be a great success.
If we get TN, we all should dance in the streets lol.

6. True success would be...
A two thirds majority in the house AND Senate.
Immediately going for the throat as regards the GOP.
Impeachment of the higher ranking cabal.
And War Crimes Trials for the few at top of this criminal crew.

7. Victory, for me, is a four-step process
The first step is Democrats taking back the House.

The second step is Democrats taking back the Senate.

The third step is intensive investigations and subpoenas of Bush and his administration officials, with John Conyers at the helm of the House Judiciary Committee.

The fourth step, after the hearings on the Hill, is impeachment of George W. Bush. If Nancy Pelosi or Rahm Emanuel try to stand in the way of impeachment, they're gonna get run over, so they better get with the program.
