Ask your Senator to at least ABSTAIN from voting for cloture.

When a bunch of legislation was being voted on a few years back, DeLay and his goons held the vote open while they went around twisting arms, bribing, threatening you know, the usual R tactics, and enough folks switched votes to enable the legislation to pass by a single vote.
Just because a given Senator says No now does not mean he or she won't switch votes if given enough argument. Still nearly three days to make that argument.
