9. Damn.... Where are you in MI? |
|
In Detroit, I paid 2.07 on Sunday, and have noticed it up to 2.19 already.
My basic thought was "Damn crooks couldn't even wait until after the election".

13. Nigerians have been blowing up and taking over oil rigs for the past |
|
2 months.
and only NOW the price goes up?????
Yeah, right, the Nigerians caused the prices to go up, yeah yeah, that's it, the Nigerians.
What someone need to look into is this; check the production lines for SUV's if they are down, what I said 3 months ago is coming true.

It was $2.16/gallon a month ago. I dread the price it will be when I finally get a full paycheck. :(

10. Well this should put a lid |
|
on all those sleazy talking head economists who have been telling us for months that "there are so many factors affecting the price of gas, no single group could possibly..."
or
"This is just a normal fluctuation. Prices ALWAYS drop after the summer driving season..."
Yeah. Like the single largest decrease in the shortest amount of time over the past 30 years is NORMAL?
Remember all the reasons they gave for the big hike?
World demand is outstripping supply (mostly China & India). Uncertainty in the Middle East. The 3 eyes: Iraq, Iran & Israel. U.S. refining capacity is limited. Americans are driving big gas guzzlers and they haven't changed their driving habits a bit (Like we're all going to stop driving to work).
etc. etc. etc.
I just wish one of those blithering idiots could tell me which of those excuses for the rapid increase changed enough to facilitate the rapid decrease. And if the drop was really due to the end of the Summer driving season, then why is it going up again?
I predict close to $3.00 gallon by Thanksgiving and another record quarter for Big Oil.

make the connection? Just like the Saddam verdict. Just like "terra" alerts right before elections. Just like everything they do. Are people honestly so brainwashed or stupid that they still buy the Repukes' crap? I hope this election is just the beginning of the end for the Repukes.
