Voted in NYC
Cast my vote at around 10:30 this morning here in Battery Park City. Everything went smoothly, the pollworkers were very nice and on-the-case, and one told me that they were on their way to what she was sure would be a record turnout today.

2. I voted in upper Westchester County, and it was quiet. I love we still having the lever
machines. The horror stories that are starting to emerge with electronic voting is unnerving.

3. Same here - 7:30am - Straight Democratic Ticket
Had a few glitches w/ the machine (it wasnt' computerized, it was one of the old ones) however there was a tech there taking down all the information and helping with the process.

The levers were getting stuck and he had to keep going back in to adjust everything. It seems that if you didn't push all the voting levers (not the big one) all the way back, the whole machine would lock up.

5. Brooklyn here - crowded but orderly.
Took about 20 minutes, tops. Love those lever machines! Left the room with a big smile on my face.

6. I wish I had voted already.
Sounds like it's going to be crowded when I finally get to the polls on the Upper West Side around 7.
