What does Jeffords have to lose?

He's voting no on Alito, but not supporting a filibuster. He's an independent who's not running again. :shrug:

And even though he caucuses with the Dems, he's still more conservative than most Dems.

He still can be convinced to filibuster. Remember, Jeffords is NO freind of Bush and Co.

Remember he gave the Democratic Party a slim majority when he switched to independent and caucused with the Dems.

What did he got for his move to give us a majority? Nada, Nothing. Screwed by everyone. He has no loyalty to us and we don't deserve it
