4. A hero one day, a goat the next

Politics is a fickle occupation.

When is the vote scheduled for? What have WE done? And what is our "Plan B"?

Every week, there's at least a dozen threats to kick some Democrat out of office; then, the next week, the very same Democrat is elevated to the ranks of the heroes. When a vote is lost, all Democrats are accused of cowardice, often by Internet pundits who haven't even MET their local Democratic offcials.

This seriously dilutes the value of threats and the believability of our cause. Better focus, better organization, and better follow-through are needed. The effective removal of even a single turncoat Democrat will have far more power than the daily complaining and threatening we do around here. But more powerful by far would be a campaign to get out and MEET your local Democratic representatives and other politicians. Such low-pressure presence is extremely powerful.

Rest assured, I even will vote Republican for the first time my "Dem" Senators do not stand u< for the constitution.[br />I am sick of DINO's preventing REAL Democrats from having the nomination, and therefore a seat in office.

If I vote Rethuglican, maybe it will be like peeling a BandAid quickly, rather than this torturous betrayal we've seen.
