3. Let me speak for one of them....
Edited on Thu Nov-09-06 09:38 PM by AntiFascist
"I've just moved into my new $19 million mansion and I'm enjoying it immensely, thank you very much. Now you little people get back to work on the issues you should be focusing on: minimum wage, social security, illegal alien rights...all those things you second class citizens should care about."

Almost forgot: "Oh, and thanks so much for reelecting me. Now that Democrats are in power in Congress *anything* is possible"

6. I am a fan of moderation
when needed. I would rather have moderate Dems winning than the GOP. That being said, I don't like the DLC..I think they are a gateway of corruption into our party and I fear we could go the way of corruption scandals just like the GOP if we allow these morons free reign. I read earlier today though that Pelosi is sick of the DLC and she is purging Dems who were not loyal in the last few years from leadership positions.

9. what's interesting about your post is...
...the most corrupt period in modern Dem history was in the 70s and 80s - the left McGovern period.

10. What has John Conyers said? I thought Dean ran the DNC and wasn't
a member of Congress.

7. I am not fan, but I think that conservative Democrats are welcome in our party
Voters in NE are going to want different kinds of Democrats representing them than the voters in MA.
