Time to Don Your Tin Foil Chapeau |
|
My husband and I were talking this morning and he says, "Well, they've got 2 years to pull off another 9/11." I'm not a huge conspiracy theorist, but how else will they frighten the sheeple into electing a Republican president and Republican congress? Discuss amongst yourselves.:tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat:

3. Well, for one thing, there will only be one 9-11, meaning that |
|
subsequent acts of terrorism within the United States will lack the element of surprise and novelty. And with a House and Senate controlled by democrats, it's a different ballgame. There will be investigations to discover what REALLY happened if there are future attacks.

worried about the damage done to the economy by shipping good jobs overseas and printing money likes there's no tomarrow. There are so many time bombs these creeps have made. Don't forget the $9 trillion nation debt and the increase in need for oil by our suv drivers.

Bush is responsible for the defense of the nation. If there's an attack people will look to him...

10. Next time, it won't work. See the Soviet example. |
|
If they are so stupid as to try a faux terror attack, they won't have the patience to plan it or carry it out correctly, and it will turn into the conservative version of the crackdown in the USSR that led to the coup to eventually overthrow it. Of the dozen members of the Politburo who executed the crackdown, more than half were found in hiding, drunk. One was found weeping uncontrollably, and one had to be placed in psychiatric observation.
Not that the USA will be overthrown, but that the conservative political apparatus that has been in control for over 100 years will collapse. Completely, finally, and totally.
If there WAS a conspiracy on 9-11 -- I personally don't believe it, I'm a "weak LIHOP" theorist -- you could see that Bush was the weak link. Andy Card told him simply "America is under attack," and Bush continued to read his book to the schoolchildren, playing the proverbial deer in the headlights on the world stage.
It is being acknowledged that Bush has been "making it up as he goes along". You can't do that with a conspiracy. Patience and cohesiveness is required, and the ruling junta has broken into factions at war with each other. If, indeed, there is a conspiratorial faction at work, it will almost certainly fail in its next operation.
The Official results of the Pigwidgeon Institute of Crystal-Gazing indicates that America will have to suffer through two more years of a Chief Executive making a fool of himself and his republic at every opportunity.
--p! You can get dressed now, Crystal.

Conspiracies, especially elaborate ones, require competence. Either W is an extremely talented actor who chooses to go down in history as a bumbling, arrogant asshole. Or he's just f*cking stupid.
When in doubt, always choose stupid.

12. What? What? As you see, my coat stays on permanently! |

However, I don't see this as a possibility. Honestly, I think the neocons have f**ked up things so badly, a lot of them deep down are relieved to have someone back them away from the stinking pile of shit they created.

13. Of course there will be |
|
another "terorist" attack. That way * will say "See, the terraists were emboldered to attack us because the Democratics took charge, and you wouldn't let me spy on you anymore." Perfect way to turn the public against us once more.
