He's the young Webb volunteer who captured Gerorge Allen's racist, xenophobic, bullying on camera; and is in a very literal sense one of the most important reasons we now hold a Senate majority.
(I met him at a Webb campaign event a couple of weeks after the "macaca moment" and he seemed genuinely abashed by the entire incident.)

If it was a white dude who followed Allen around, we'd still have a Republican Senate.
Hopefully every Democratic candidate in the South follows Jim Webb's lead in this aspect -- I have a feeling America would be surprised.
