Roberts (who was from Indiana!). Whether he'll filibuster depends on how all the other Dems go. Bayh is ambitious and cautious.

Is this a count of people voting yes? voting no? voting yes on Alito? or on Fillibuster? Or just a list of really snazzy people? Some more information would be helpful.
Being from NJ I'd find it hard to believe that Lautenberg and especially new guy Menendez would vote for Alito or for cloture.

I also called Bayh's office - I lived in Indiana until I graduated from IU (didn't say that was 1972), then left because of a job opportunity. The staffer was nice but gave no hint of where he would come out on this issue.
