Cheney's post-election thoughts on the Iraq Study Group's Suggestions...
... has Cheney made any kind of statement regarding the Iraq Study Group (populated by Bush 41 team)since the election? I cannot find any record of same.

His last comment I can find was preelection:

“These are people who are running for Congress and they are entitled to their own views ... It may not be popular with the public. It doesn’t matter, in the sense that we have to continue the mission  ... and that is what we are doing.”

Obviously, Cheney saw his NeoCon pal Rumsfeld take a header. If he remains mute, I think it means he will likely meet the same fate.

1. I don't think his thoughts are relevant anymore
If this were working out ok, there would be no Iraq Study Group.

He's toast.

A figurehead.

He needs to keep quiet and let Poppy's capas take care of this one.

Call the Wolf!!

2. He has a bigger problem than relevance --maybe future crim charges
I fully expect 'big time' to resign for health reasons shortly.

That way 41's team will help shepherd in a supportive VP, who will be in position to win the 2008 Presidential Election. The names most often mentioned are McCain and Guliani, however I am not sure 41's team would opt for someone different.

5. Is Noone Else Curious Why The VP IS Saying Nothing?????
VPs typically fill in the for the President at functions and events the President is unable to attend. Granted Cheney has spent an extended stretch in his underground bunker. However, after an election like the one we just experienced, it is more than odd that Cheney would have absolutely nothing to say.....

I would think some enterprising reporter would have asked Cheney about it by now. However, there is no indication that Cheney has been questioned at all. How is that possible?

This is all too strange to be a coincidence. It is like someone waiting for their sentence to be pronounced.....
