Will 2008 continue the trend?

7. The poster was saying that he/she thinks Bush was calling the shots in the 80s not Reagan

8. Bush was de facto president once James Baker became Reagan's
Chief of Staff in 1981.

Years ago I heard the Reagan Library's historian say he thought Reagan's Alzheimer's manifested itself within weeks after the Gipper was shot.

4. Sometimes I think we are as bad a Victoria and all her children
and grandchildren all over ruling Europe. The good genes do seem to get filled out over the years for some odd reason.

11. No reason to break up a good royalty
let's get Ted to run. Ok, I'm joking... but,

I sure remember all the complaining and whining when Bobby ran, and then Ted's very abortive attempt.
People were complaining that we fought a war to stop this kind of thing, father to son, brother to brother, and so on. But here we are again, with TWO families with dynastic aspirations. And strangely, few call out "fresh blood, no more Bush/Clinton". I wonder why that is?
