"Former Spokane, WA mayor Jim West was exposed in 2005 as a sexual predator who used his office to lure men into sexual relationships."

That would be Republican Mayor West?

Jim West B.I.H. was a total freak, the worst thing about the whole fiasco is the Washington Democrats knew all about this guy but didn't expose him. The Republicans in Washington also knew about it and tried to engineer a marriage to Cathy McMorris for him to cover-up him cruising for little boys.
