So who are the 'new' cops?

Seems like quite a few people are now 'informal police agents' and learning how to file false claims just like the cops do. We have a a couple of recent case where flight attendants seem to be getting out of control with the power they now have to toss of a plane anyone who offends them in any way and call them 'terrorists'. One was a lady who crimminally tried to feed he baby.

Any other groups that think they are more special then regular folks?
