The way I see it is that, from a representation standpoint, if you had two Dem senators, and the pukes don't have 60 percent, in your state -- one of them should've vote for one half of the population.

If you look closely, that's how the Dem's do it, on controversial votes, a lot. They'll split the red state, 2 dem vote.

Of course, the pukes never do that.
