You know exactly what the hell I mean--I'm talking about a party that won't act as a party--even in dire circumstances, and in doing so, facilitates the opposition's desires to achieve one-party rule.

I am completely fuckin' sick and tired of people who think that comity in the face of danger is necessary--because, gee, it's not dangerous enough.
