7. I saw it a few minutes ago but don't have the address. But,
don't worry, that LIST will be infamous. Those Dems that voted cloture will be gone in 2006 if the voting process is at all legit. But, unfortunately, they might be replaced by "real" republicans as opposed to Dems in Republican suits.

12. Question--HOW CAN
Max Baucus (D-Montana) --for example-- who is speaking on C-Span right now --HOW CAN Max Baucus be giving this detailed, damaging, anti-Alito speech right now, BUT he did NOT vote for filibuster???

Can the 19 'Aye senators' have any credibility anymore on Alito?

16. Perhaps because he knew that a filibuster wouldn't actually stop Alito
from reaching the USSC.

13. I just called Ron Wyden's office and thanked him for hanging in there.
That's it, folks, the crown (Alito) is now on bush's head.

I despise Lieberman with every fibre of my being. He has a lot of influence, gawd knows why, but he is the ultimate jinx on the Democratic party and he has got to go.

To everyone: if you live in or know people in CT, please urge them to visit the site and support Ned. LIEberman shall face his "aye" vote.
