HELP needed...Anti-Bush animation, several years old, from Europe.

I've been trying to track this thing down for a few weeks, on and off. It was an animation done (IIRC) in only reds and blacks and it talked about Bush and his "new fascism". Originally this thing was tagged as being from Kontraband.com but I can't find it there. Anyway, it was narrated by a male with a British accent. It was sort of the European left's view of Bush. Really well-done, it appears that it was done with a computer by the crisp lines of the the animation. Shows tanks, missiles firing, the flag turning into bars, etc.

Was posted years ago. I saved it from two hard drive crashes over the years but a third one last year wiped it out.

Anyone familiar with this?
