We still need to push for Democratic votes against Alito. This needs to be

as party line (plus a couple Republicans) as possible because when Alito rapes the Constitution, we need the American voters to know that this was not a "bipartisan scandal."

2. There are issues we vote against but do not filibuster. We still need as

much party unity as we can muster on the vote.
