Though based on my varied encounters with the famous (i've met/talked with more people than i'd expect anyone to believe), i dare say that you would not be able to pick them out of the crowd, unless they wanted that sort of attention.

Unless a person was born into wealth and power, once upon a time they were Joe Nobody too, and they can still remember what that was like, and bring that out in anonymous conversation.
