Is it a "coincidence" that the Baker plan of sending 20,000 extra
troops to Iraq instead of a drawdown of troops as others have suggested--mimics what McCain is saying?
Anyone else think he was given a heads up on what they were doing so he could use it as a campaign platform?

1. Bad move, if so.
We don't have 20,000 troops to send. The Admin just was forced to admit that the recent build-up of troops in Baghdad did not work and that any additiona of troops (which we don't have) would not work either.

If this is a bow in the McCain's direction, he is dumber than even I thought.

2. It can't be sustained, they are decimating our forces.
Someday there will be a full accounting.
