| DSL outage stopped our faxes & emails for 8 hours. Others affected? |

SBC says that last night's outage, which began about 8:30 PM PT and ended about 1 AM last night, and continued from 11:30 AM until a few moments ago, was due to a server crash at a central office in Santa Rosa, CA. When the server went down, all custom settings for individual user accounts were lost and had to be reprogrammed.
Anyone else experience this outage? Just curious.

try again now...
I have SBC for phone, but not for internet.
This started about 6pm yesterday and still couldn't upload at 10am, kept getting server error 3260...connecrefused.
I am on dial-up in Chico, CA
