There's an article I saw linked in GQ magazine, I think. Unfortunately, he's very much in the picture. Much to all of our detriment. Here's a link: http://www.talkingpointsmemo.com/archives/011190.php from the thread http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=364&topic_id=2748382

11. No idea what Eagleton is doing in "real life"...... |
|
but he campaigned against John Ashcroft when he was running and, more recently, for Claire McCaskill in his home state of MO.

10. 1. McGovern 2. Shriver |
|
1. McGovern was (is?) the UN ambassador on hunger. Writes, teaches/lectures, and continues to be politically active. Someone needs to check/remind me -- wasn't he also involved in bringing about the Northern Ireland peace accord?
2. Shriver sadly has Alzheimer's now.

Funny how it turns out how wrong Will was. I wonder if he has apologized as publicly as he smeared? http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=3561

23. That would be a shame. |

However, I would imagine that Bentsen would be quite old these days.
