Dkos diary: Home with John Edwards
Would love to share the experience with you:

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2006/11/21/95655/899

teaser:

"Hot off a Daily Kos live blog from their own “Home” John and Elizabeth Edwards came home to Raleigh last night at Meredith College, barely a mile from my own home, for a reading by John Edwards from his new book "Home: The Blueprints of Our Lives".

The Edwards were introduced by Nancy Olson owner of independent bookstore "Quail Ridge Books" which organized the event and which has a long history with the family she considers “the bookstore family”. She explained her excitement at seeing an “Edwards Obama” bumper sticker recently, an observation that received much...."

Sidebar: Do you know that the Edwards were both liveblogging yesterday on Kos...from their kids' rooms! Priceless!!

6. It was a great evening!
I was there too and one of the most impressive answers Senator Edwards gave was on election reform. It came about after the Q&A session was over when someone, who seemed to be a heckler, stood up in the aisle and basically started yelling at Senator Edwards about election reform.

Senator Edwards proceeded to walk back onto the stage, said, "excellent question" and discussed the importance of fair elections. It was great! I noticed the same guy in the book signing line, happy to shake Senator Edwards hand afterward! LOL. I guess he was pleased with the answer he recieved.
