1. I think it was more than that.

Some of them had one-way tickets and no baggage. That's been a major red flag ever since 9.11.
They all had separate seats, but some of them moved out of their assigned seats after boarding so that they were sitting in pairs.
At least one asked for a seat extender and then, oddly, he placed it under his seat instead of using it.
Reports differ on whether some of the men stood up and prayed in the waiting area, or on the plane itself.

They are ONE of the things that have been associated with higher risk, along with paying for tickets with cash and travelling with no baggage.

11. I don't know, but a woman and her husband got tossed off a plane

last week because she refused the flight attendant's request to nurse her baby under a blanket.

I don't remember her name but she had red hair and freckles and definitely wasn't an Arab.

People probably get kicked off planes frequently, but we just don't hear about every instance.

17. Christian minister Joel Ornstein and his wife got kicked off

earlier this year because his wife made an ass of herself. Flight crews aren't in the mood to put up with any bullshit.

Arabs fly in the U.S. every day. A number of behaviors, taken together, raised suspicions.
