They have the votes. If they want to do something about abortion, let them. But stop their frigging talking and bull shitting. We are sick of it. You got the votes. Put up or shut the fuck up!

3. That's what the vote was all about....
The Democratic Senators knew it. Yet, they did not stand up. Yeah, it's sick. But, how many more years do we have to have the abortion issue thrown in our faces and called murderers. They have the Court. Let them do something about it - if they have the balls. Because they don't! They just want to talk about it and keep the sick fucking Christians waving the bloody towel.

5. that is the other thing i told my friends, oh so anti abortion
that they are being strung along. no way repugs would lose this as a campaign wedge issue. though the way they are gutting it out of states, they can continue to hold onto it forr a long time.

4. i am a female and i agree with him. does that mean i want it to
happen. not even. why i was throwing such a fit about the election and the courts and how important that female go out and vote. they have gutted the ting. three state have just one provider in the whole state. here in texas a gal has to drive two hours to get to a place, but i heard they had taken that out so who knows, they might have to got to dallas. the sooner it happens and is just done with, the sooner the nation will realize what they lost and all these people that casually think ya abortion is bad, wait for all the unwanted babies and all the repercussions they refused to think about or find solutions for when i would challenge them on abortion

i can totally respect how the op is feeling without accusing him of being heartless. that isn't what it is about. it is what our world has become

not advocating ban on abortion, what is coming down the pike. sooner it gets done, sooner we will start resolving. i feel like we are trying to go all over this nation putting on band aids to stop hemorrhaging

2. I don't want to hear them talk about ending abortion while
taking away medicare benefits, so the people that have the children won't be able to provide them with healthcare, while they vote to keep their fucking tax cuts.

8. Most mainstream Americans don't understand what's happened
with abortion. I didn't for a long time.

They make assumptions that access to abortion is readily available, and all the bitching and moaning about it from the fundy nutjobs is just noise. They assume it's very much still legal and not in any real danger.

It is for that reason overturning Roe v Wade could potentially shock the shit out of mainstream America.

And it is for THAT reason (and fundraising) that the RW will never overturn it.
