3. Its More Than That and Its Worse Than That

The Unitary Executive means that all of the Executive Agencies (headed by a person of Cabinet position) share in the privileges and immunities of the President.

So what? Well, it means that at the President's command things like agricultural reports coming out of USDA can be classified, or that low level political appointees in the Justice Department might be declared immune to subpoena by the Congress because they share executive privilege. It goes on and on, but none of it is good for us.
