Republicans were more rude to Miers than Dems were to Alito
In response to Orin Hatches FUCK HEAD remarks on how Dems treated Alito:

Hey Orin FUCK HEAD HATCH!

THE DEMOCRATS NEED TO REMIND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, SINCE THE MEDIA WON'T... THAT THE WOMAN WHO WAS ATTACKED BY A POLITICAL PARTY WAS HARRIET MIERS!!!!

SHE WAS SO ATTACKED SHE WAS NOT ONLY NOT GIVEN AN UP OR DOWN VOTE...
SHE WASN'T EVEN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND TO A SINGLE QUESTION...

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT IS WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED. IT HAPPENED BECAUSE SHE WASN'T RIGHT-WING ENOUGH FOR THE REPUBLICANS! THEY ARE THE ONES OUT OF TOUCH WITH AMERICA!

1. It also happened because she was a woman
But in any case, how many Republicans were cringing or fearful about expressing their outrage over her nomination. They got very rude and very nasty.

2. They are out of touch
with our immediate solar system. Not one of them has the foresight to realize where the culmination of destructive, deceptive and evil precedents this administration has set in cooperation with the Nazi-packed Congress & Senate, will take this Nation. Where will they hide when the walls fall in? Do they really think the short-term satisfaction of slaking their insatiable greed will be worth the impending depression, pestilence and anarchy? I guess those with a couple billion in worthless paper money will at least have something to feed the fire barrel while they're hanging out with the other 290,000,000 homeless Americans.

4. I was watching her nomination very closely. At one point,
I left the room crying. I think it was my living room.
