China, North Korea, U.S. have secret talks in Beijing

Negotiators from the United States, China and North Korea have met in Beijing to discuss restarting six-party talks aimed at dismantling North Korea's nuclear weapons program.

Diplomats from all three countries are refusing to give details about the meeting.

The U.S., Chinese and North Korean envoys to the six-party talks are keeping a low profile, avoiding any encounters with the news media. Their Japanese and South Korean counterparts, who also are visiting Beijing this week, stayed out of the limelight, too.

Russia, the sixth member of the negotiations, has not sent an emissary to the current round of meetings in Beijing.

Israel must be expendable. But N Korea is China's neighbor and would be hurt far more by nuclear "interaction".

OTOH, the Japanese and S Koreans are in on this too.

Too many possibilities and I will not conjecture on hyperbole. Wait and see.
