3. I laugh every time I see that picture of Bush being greeted by one
person waving an American flag on a foreign trip when Clinton was greeted by thousands! (I think this was on the chimps Vietnam trip a few weeks ago).

5. Those are Jordanian troops.
Real doubtful they would have Israeli made weapons.

BTW Bush looks nervous as hell .... I wish that he was arrested then and there
for his war crimes.

7. isn't that a Jordanian soldier? Bush is in Jordon now. Iraq too dangerous for the shrub
Still has to sting a bit to get stood up by his own puppet from Iraq - especially JUST as a WH memo blaming alMaliki for being weak was leaked to help make bush look like he was "taking charge" of the situation in Iraq by slapping Maliki around and telling him to get tough....

Al Qaeda in Jordan and the battle for Iraq
By TigerHawk at 10/22/2005 08:36:00 AM

Not that we're surprised or anything, but a witness in a terrorism trial in Jordan has testified to links with al Qaeda:

Islam Ahmed Al Naqab, a witness, has confirmed before the court that Khaled Khair Sarkush, one of the defendants, has asked him to recruit elements, which are ready to fight the American forces and Iraqi police. He said, “Khaled told me that Al Qaeda would send people to Iraq. He promised to give me phone numbers of people in Syria, confirming that the organization would finance them." The witness added that the defendant asked him if he went to Afghanistan and he answered with 'yes', and he offered helping him to enter Syria from the smuggling road to handle training there, and he accepted that. <more>

9. All dressed up and nothing to do.
I remember when an American President commanded respect. That's when we had adults in office-- before Daddy's and Uncle Ronnie's minions on the Supreme Court gave Junior the keys.
