A caller to C-SPAN this morning (a DUer?) posed this question. She says she had asked Senator-elect Sherrod Brown about investigating and prosecuting crimes of this Administration. She pointed out that he said that the Democrats were not looking for "retribution". She asked since when did justice have anything to do with retribution? I thought that was a very good question.

1. "Retribution" is Dem-speak for ... |
|
"Many Democrats would also be caught up in the ensuing scandal."

3. How about "duty?" As in, they are sworn to uphold the Constitution... |
|
...and it is their duty to investigate possible criminality of this administration.
