Faces of the Fallen
Go to this website and look at the faces and bios of the thousands of young men and women-- America's finest and its future leaders-- that America has sent to die a gruesome death in Iraq.

Scroll through the pages, where you can see who we have lost 100 at a time.

Then do something today that will bring us closer to peace.

(I sent this link to my Senators and Representative, and asked them to tell me how much longer this madness in Iraq was going to be allowed to continue).

4. yes, as Joe Stalin said:
"A single death is a tragedy; a million deaths is a statistic."
-- Joseph Stalin

This war has gotten very impersonal and abstract to the average American. Looking at these faces and thinking about each soldier's grieving family really brings the tragedy home.

5. The neocons that need to see this sight the most will never view it.
This loss life and potential is sad.

8. Jeeze
The first one I clicked on (11/1/06 kid with the goatee) was from Ypsi. So close to home.

Let's face it. They're all close to home.

:(

10. Thanks
I hate to have them be lost in statistics. We need to see the faces, read the stories of their lives. I've sent the link to some others who approved this disaster.
