Paper records will just create a legal grey area that will need to be revisited again and again. Paper **ballots**, and their centuries of law behind them, are the only way I know of to help fix this problem.

I have mailed a sheet of paper with a cut out of a hand to my
Senator, H Clinton.  I have 9 others for the voters in my
family.  Stuffed stamped and addressed. We are mailing them
Jan 2. Might there be a better day?
