has absolutely no luck when it comes to broadcast partners.
The fella who took Tony the Idiot's place was talking sports with one of their resident geniuses, and Betty jumped in good-naturedly b/c the expert had laughingly dissed her team, the Texas Longhorns, so she playfully said that she was never talking to him again, not next week, not ever. The idiot, T.J. or B.J. or whatever, started saying that she shouldn't be so negative, and that she was not beign nice and all that - he was sort-of-laughing, but you could sort of tell that he thought that she was really being offensive when she was being just CNN-Cutsie...you know like when Kyra sees a Uniform (well, I guess that's orgasmic, but you know what I mean). Anyway...it ain't easy watching MSM...

I really don't accept the canonizing of certain unnamed newsreaders who people hold up as the case for not having really attractive females do the job. A really attractive newsreader doing the same level of good, informative reporting as an ugly one will result in a greater level of informedness among a greater audience.

and I often find that this notion some particular non-hot newsreader being so brilliantly effective and indisposable not really ever being backed up with anything tangable someone can point to.
It's a profession of insanely undue and undeserved respect, garnered by massive bullshit.
