Iraq government to police press
I heard about this on NPR or Democracy Now the other day and was able to find an article about the Iraqi government's new plan to police the media. Freedom is on the march. :eyes:

The Iraqi Interior Ministry has announced that it is forming a specialized unit to monitor news coverage. A ministry spokesman told AP the unit was designed to correct “fabricated and false news” that he claims gives the Iraqi people the wrong idea that the situation is worse than it actually is. The Ministry further threatened to sue journalists who do not modify stories that the ministry deems inaccurate upon receiving a demand to do so.

2. That ought to do it!
Oh no, you didn't get bombed last night! That was just "fabricated"! No water? "false"
Thousands fleeing to Syria? "we will sue you for saying that" .. Problem solving neocon style.
