I think Chuck Hagel is the Republican to look out for in 2008. |
|
Look for him to make a run of his own, or to at least join with McCain, Romney or whoever the Republican nominee is.
We should take him down, with this ES&S stuff. NOW.

8. I agree,. No one should make predictions until more comes out |

on the voting machines, (ES&S in particular). I consider my vote my most precious possession and he destroyed it for many in this country by his ownerhsip/directorate role, whatever it was and is.
Way too early for him. He has two outstanding liabilities:
. He helped privatize our vote. He didn't give a squat about vetting it correctly. He joined the people who got in on the theft.
. He always ends up voting with Republicans in lock step. He lets out a little whimper of dissent, then bam - there's his vote totally in sync.

3. He's probably the most intelligent of the |

GOP group and he is outspoken about the war and * foreign policy failures but he is pretty dull otherwise. Frankly the American public doesn't pick intelligence as much as personality. He also called Nelson (NE) a liberal so if he could even say that with a straight face his views other than the war could be too far out to consider mainstream.

He might have run his mouth about all the Bushit, BUT...he voted for just about all of it when it came to a vote!
Just like Specter and McCain. Stagecraft.
