"...wrong about WMD, we were wrong about troop levels..."
Russert has some very pertinent questions for Hadley:

---

MR. RUSSERT: But in terms of trying to bring the country together, to bring Democrats—who now control Congress—to the table, could the president step forward and say, “I acknowledge we were wrong about WMD, we were wrong about troop levels, we were wrong about the length of the war, we were wrong about the cost of the war, we were wrong about the financing of the war, we were wrong about the level of sectarian violence, we were wrong about being greeted as liberators. We made some fundamental misjudgments, and they were wrong, but now we’re all in this together”? Could he do that?

3. Ah Mr. Hadley, is water wet?
Hadley, We have acknowledged that water is in rivers, ponds, lakes, and oceans
and as such we had hoped that such liquid elements would be key in making
the flowers grow but as of now the flowers have not developed to the point
where we can leave the garden.

What a lying snake.

6. Usually, I would say "he could, but would he?" - but then, I realize that
we're talking about a Republican ... so the question would never reach "would he" because he cannot ever admit being wrong about anything ... so "Could he do that?" - the answer is no.

8. Hadley: "We have not failed in Iraq."
"We're just not succeeding as fast as we'd like."
Or words to that effect.

Oh...just...nevermind.
