I know I shouldn't, but I caught some of Pig-boy at lunch. His rhetoric is getting even more desperate.

At what point does he stop being an "entertainer", and begin being a threat to the people of this country? We know that there are quite a few of his wing-nut listeners that will take what he says seriously and ... someone's going to get hurt. You know and I know that the fake Anthrax Freaker listened to this prick every single day. How many more of his sick twisted listeners are going to hear "Democrat(sic) Party is at war with America" and send something other than mom's powdered sugar in the mail.

I used to laugh at Rush, but this kind of rhetoric is dangerous, at best, and criminal, at worst.

but when you tell your wing-nut listeners that "I'm at war with America" simply because I'm a Democrat, that's more than "entertainment", that "provoking speech and gestures". I think we have laws against that sort of thing.

I'm not "at war" with America. I'm at war on behalf of America from its enemies, foreign and domestic, particularly the ones who would tear down our Constitution for some vague reason having to do with some half-assed notion of national security. I don't blame America first or hate America, but I do hate those politicians, appartchiks, policy mavens, and agitprop intellectuals who provide cover for the undermining of our rights and liberty, who believe that torture is permissible, or that the mere accusation of terrorism is sufficient to throw away the Bill of Rights and upset the constitutional balance of power between the three branches of government.

But somehow it doesn't surprise me a bit that you've gotten these concepts all confused, and that you somehow conflate your beloved anti-American dictatorship with America. They aren't the same at all, and by your willful fogging of the issue, you put yourself on the wrong side of this debate, fit only for a criminal cell in your failed attempt to overthrow the proper government of our country, you fucking traitorous gasbag.
