What's going on in our government? "Is the FBI doing its best to combat terrorism?"

So the FBI isn't serious about terrorism after 9/11. And why is that? The CIAs been gutted, Plame was outted, the FBI sits on it's hands, bin Laden is still free, and Al Qaeda plots away - all the while Bush has redirected the War on Terror to Iraq.
