Most days I leave cnn on in the background so as to monitor the news |

and I think I have noticed something. Last week Michael Weir in his reporting on the civil war in Iraq said something about the only ones who don't agree it is a civil war have the luxury of distance. I haven't seen him on cnn since :shrug:

I wouldn't be surprised if they fired him. The truth hurts, especially for big corporations.

in that he hasn't been on for a week or two. Maybe he's just taking some well earned R&R or maybe the freepers got him sidlined over that insurgency tape a few weeks ago.
