2. I want to know what happens if they use it on you for more than ten seconds

The article said that pain is severe at 3 seconds and no one can stand more than 5 seconds. What happens when they use it impropperly on a crowd, or other people who can't "run away" in 5 seconds. I really don't think that the police and g's need more weapons to use on people. They have killed and injured plenty with what they already have. If they do use it, they should subject every operator to the device, similiar to pepper spray. If you want to carry pepper spray, first you have to get sprayed.
