Wesley Pablo Ovieto Clark - he would be about 53 years old then. His grandfather, General Wesley Clark was the Democratic Presidential candidate from 2008 through 2016. He is known for bringing peace to the Middle East. He also took the country back from George Bush and company by signing the abolition of the Patriot Act. He reendorsed the Geneva Accords, and of course endorsed Kyoto. The changes in the automotive industry he insisted on and the advances in use of renewable energy slowed the advance of global warming. Of course, many remember his abolishing the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy in the military and his endorsement of civil unions. It also took great courage for him to convince the country to turn George Bush, Donald Rumsfield, Condoleeza Rice, Paul Wolfowitz and others over to the Hague for their War Crimes Trials. Unfortunately, Vice President Cheney had been treated with a drug coated stent during one of his angioplasties and it unfortunately clotted before he could receive justice at the Hague. His widow, Lynne Cheney, and her lover Laura Bush were allowed to move to Paraguay in exile due to the generosity of President Clark. From the health point of view, he instituted the presdent single payer system we have that is the envy of the world. Using the tools he had learned in the military, he instituted electronic medical records which cut the costs of health care so that by the end of 6 years, all the 45 million uninsured Americans were covered. When he took office, only one street, that in Pristina in Kosovo was named after him. Now the road to the airport in Baghdad is Clark Boulevard. The road connecting the thriving sister coutries of Israel and Palestine is Clark Avenue. President Clark was also noted for his first term Vice President, Barack Obama, who went on to become President in 2016, serving for two terms with his Vice President, Governor Sebelius. His Supreme Court appointments were also very important at that time. Chief Justice Hillary Clinton took over after Justice Roberts' early demise. Justice Russ Feingold and Justice Elliot Spitzer helped bring an era of economic justice.
We can dream, can't we?
