The only time I had any admiration for any speech was just after 9/11, when he read very short lines with very few syllables.
That was easy.

person delivering the speech can't speak clearly and with the correct cadence and inflection and without that silly smirk every time he thinks he done good.
One thing that Reagan could do well was deliver a speech. Even if HE didn't know what he was talking about, it still made sense.
