Whenever Buckaroo Bush talks about anything other than fossil fuels, I believe him to be Gramm-standing. Buckaroo will talk a good game about alternate energy, but when it comes time to actually do something or put the money down to pay for alternate energy research, the cash won't be there and the media whores will play up another diversion.

Buckaroo Bush learned this lesson from former Texas senator Phil Gramm, and he learned this lesson very well.
