Clear the Green Zone !

This is my plan. Take out all the Americans secretly and slowly a half-dozen at a time and redeploy them elsewhere. Let the different factions fight over the Green Zone. At least we will know where most of them are? Let that be the first test for the new Iraqi government. If they cannot hold the Green Zone, what chance do they have of holding anything else? Step #1...

1. How about we clear the whole zone ?

As in, get the fuck out of Iraq. Why are we even discussing this? There has never been a reason to be there and there's no reason to be there now.

2. So they want have to be picked off the rooftops..

take them out secretly and slowly from the Green Zone first and then, the rest of the country. However, the ISG just said we should keep a force in the area forever becasue of our strategic interests.

3. The ISG is doing nothing but CYA for BushCo

Their plan is a waste of time, money and lives. I don't know what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't a "kinder, gentler, stay the course".

I think we should get it over with as quickly as possible. At least that way we will only have to defend the airport for a few days during the massive evacuations.

except I think we should have a secret and more organized evacuation....starting with the Green Zone...
