If 70% of the people want the troops out of Iraq? |

Then, Bush, the neo-cons, and the ISG, all support the 30% that still agree with the war effort.None of them want the troops out. So, when they call for "bi-partisanship", they are calling for the 70% to agree with them and the 30%? Is that what they mean by "working together"?
