Have you seen them? They've been running them for several weeks here on cable in Portland, Oregon.

It seems to be Americans reading a script about how people are killed, raped, etc.

I never seem to get the information about the sponsorship.

Have you even looked at their website? If you have concerns over who runs the organization, take a look at their organizational structure:
