Steve Bell is good.

Cartoonists are gigging the DimWit like there's no tomorrow.

5. You and me both
His toons are sometimes very obscure, sometimes caricatures of paintings

6. "My constituents can't read, but, damn it, they can see pictures!"
"Boss" Tweed is attributed with exclaiming, "Stop them damned pictures. I don't care so much what the papers say about me. My constituents can't read, but, damn it, they can see pictures!"

So like Bu**sh**. Tweed was eventually imprisoned on $1,000,000 bond (in 1871!). His story makes encouraging reading, for those who want to believe that there is such a thing as comeuppance.
